Hi, I’m Tiffany.

I design. I make things. I help companies launch digital products that people use and enjoy.

I have worked on both side of the fence – within an agency and client-side. I was often involved in projects from end-to-end and delivered a variety of UX artefacts including but not limited to empathy maps and personas; experience and journey maps; wireframes; interactive prototypes; and functional specifications. I also have experience in moderating usability tests and web accessibility auditing based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines.

I am a former city leader of the Dublin chapter of Ladies That UX, an international community of women in the industry who push the UX boundaries and promote female skill and talent. I have stage fright but managed to speak at UX Camp Dublin 2017 on the "UX of Visa Applications". My medium term goal is to do another speaking engagement.

Coming from a third world country, I am passionate about sustainability, paying it forward, and helping those who need it. If you want to collab on something that will help the underprivileged, hit me up!
